Ricci Mining and Exploration (RME) was the corporation that owned all the mines in the country of Arulco during the previous government under the dictator Deidranna Reitman. After the recent civil war restored the Chivaldori government, he nationalized Arulco's mines and reserved their production for itself.
After Ricci Mining were forced to flee, they set up a base of operations in neighboring Tracona. There, RME have built-up an arsenal of missiles. Their plan is to threaten the entire country of Arulco with destruction if their mines are not returned to them.
