Speck T. Kline is a character in the Jagged Alliance series. He is a mercenary in the original Jagged Alliance, but he also appears in Jagged Alliance 2.

In Jagged Alliance 2 and Unfinished Business he is not a mercenary anymore, but he has founded the More Economic Recruiting Center that offers cheap and usually very useless mercenaries. It is A.I.M's bargain-baseded competitor.
