The Colt Commando is an assault rifle found in Jagged Alliance 2.

This mini version of the M-16 is a prized tool for knocking off noisy neighbors and petty dictators.

Locations
It is found in one of the houses in Cambria, along with (most of the time) an AK-47, some ammo and some grenades (either stun, 40mm HE or frag). It can also be bought from Bobby Ray's after you liberate Drassen Airport.
Tips & Tricks
Most of the time, you should keep it in burst fire mode, as it's most accurate that way. Fully automatic fire is only recommended if you want to force the enemy into a crouching or lying position, and this should only be done from close-medium range. Also, if you do this, be sure to fire as much rounds as you can.
